Impermeable

แปลว่า(Concrete Engineering) The ability of a material or product to reduce or eliminate gaseous transmissions through it's mass; measured as the rate of Water Vapor Transmission (WVT). Note: Not all materials that are waterproof are vaporproof; all materials that are vaporproof are inherently waterproof.

Balling Drum

แปลว่า(english) A rotating drum that is used for adding moisture to the sinter mix in the Blast Furnace. Also, it enhances a balling action where the smaller sized materials adhere to larger materials.

absorbing materials

แปลว่าวัสดุที่มีคุณสมบัติในการดูดซึม

Brinell Hardness Test

แปลว่า(english) A common standard method of measuring the hardness of materials. The smooth surface of the metal is subjected to indentation by a hardened steel ball under pressure. The diameter of the indentation, in the material surface, is then measured by a microscope and the hardness value is read from a chart or determined by a prescribed formula.

Chemical fixation (or stabilization/solidification)

แปลว่า(Environmental Engineering) A term for several different methods of chemically immobilizing hazardous materials into a cement, plastic, or other matrix.

Deoxygenation

แปลว่า(Environmental Engineering) The consumption of oxygen by the different aquatic organisms as they oxidized materials in the aquatic environment.

Cementitious

แปลว่า(Concrete Engineering) Having cement-like, cementing, or bonding type properties. Material or substance producing bonding properties or cement-like materials.

Box Annealing 2

แปลว่า(english) A process of annealing a ferrous alloy in a closed metal container, with or without packing materials, in order to minimize the effects of oxidation. The charge is normally heated slowly to a temperature below the transformation range, but occasionally above or within it, and then is slowly cooled.
