Dissolved oxygen (DO)
แปลว่า(Environmental Engineering) The amount of molecular oxygen dissolved in water.
Total dissolved solids
แปลว่า(Environmental Engineering) (TDS) is the amount of dissolved matter in the water.
Blow Back
แปลว่า(english) A coating defect consisting of a lower coating film weight on the bottom of the coated sheet caused by high velocity air in the oven. Blow back usually occurs with high solids coatings which have little solvent to evaporate and "set" the film.
Advanced wastewater treatment
แปลว่า(Environmental Engineering) The removal of any dissolved or suspended contaminants beyond secondary treatment, often this is the removal of the nutrients nitrogen and/or phosphorus.
dissolve
แปลว่าทำให้ละลาย, เติมวัตถุอื่นให้ของแข็งกลายเป็นของเหลว
Autotrophs
แปลว่า(Environmental Engineering) A group of organisms capable of obtaining carbon for synthesis from inorganic carbon sources such as carbon dioxide and its dissolved species (the carbonates). This group includes plants and algae.
solvent
แปลว่าตัวทำละลาย, สารทำละลาย [สิ่งแวดล้อมน้ำ]; ตัวทำละลาย [วิชาถ่ายภาพ]
Blister
แปลว่า(english) 1) Coating defect consisting of the formation of bubbles in a coating, which appear as hemispherical elevations. The blisters are hollow, and are usually caused by entrapped air or solvent. 2) A raised spot on the surface on the surface of metal due to expansion of gas which causes a subsurface metal separation such as inclusions and small laminations.
Wastewater
แปลว่า(Environmental Engineering) Consumed or used water from a municipality or industry that contains dissolved and/or suspended matter.
Nitrogen fixation
แปลว่า(Environmental Engineering) The conversion of atmospheric (or dissolved) nitrogen gas into nitrate by microorganisms.
Secondary treatment
แปลว่า(Environmental Engineering) In wastewater treatment, the conversion of the suspended, colloidal and dissolved organics remaining after primary treatment into a microbial mass with is then removed in a second sedimentation process. Secondary treatment included both the biological process and the associated sedimentation process.
